Irtaza Syed, Ph.D., P. Eng., has over 20 years of professional experience with conventional and renewable energy systems in contracting, consulting, and utility setups. He is a licensed P. Eng. in the province of Ontario. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Ryerson University, where he received the Research Excellence Award two years in a row. Syed also holds PMP, PVIP, and CEA certifications.
