Ms. Tafur has over 5 years of experience in the renewable energy industry. As a Solar Project Engineer, she is responsible for the screening and analysis of meteorological data for solar resource assessments, performing pre-construction energy estimates, developing buildable areas for prospective plants, and assisting with tool development for the energy services team.
Ms. Tafur’s previous role at UL was as a Renewable Energy Analyst Associate under the wind energy team. Prior to UL, Ms. Tafur studied at the University of California, San Diego and holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering.
